Hi, I’m David Kang (강석균), and I run KangLab from Seoul.

KangLab is a tech journal about what I use, drive and work with. Rather than repeating press releases, it aims to help with real decisions, using hands-on experience and checked numbers. Stories are written in Korean first and translated into English; many deal with prices, rules and services in South Korea.

What we cover

• AI — AI services, apps and devices, tested and explained.
• Apple — iPhone, Mac, iOS updates and the Apple ecosystem.
• Tesla — A Tesla owner's notes on running costs, FSD and software updates.
• AdTech — App marketing, attribution and ad tech from a practitioner's view.

How we write

• What we verified is kept apart from personal opinion.
• Stories with affiliate links disclose that at the top.
• Tell us about an error and we fix it promptly, with an updated date.
